There is a plot available for a disabled person. It is a low plot designed for someone to garden from a wheelchair. If you are disabled and think you might enjoy having a plot, or if you know of someone who might like to take up this plot, send us an email: TilehurstAllotments@hotmail.com
We will need produce to sell so please think what you can have available then. Why not propagate some strawberry runners? Will you have some spare wall flower plants? What about making sure you have some lettuce seedlings etc ready to plant out? What could we raffle?
Have you any more ideas? Please help, and talk to other plot-holders and pass on the message. We need cash since the interest rates are low!

Please ensure that your paths are clear, that your weeds are trouble free, that your pointy things and tubs of water are properly covered etc. etc.
You should make sure that your plot is in a tidy condition all year round, to help prevent accidents. It is just a matter of good sense. Also, look at the health and safety section below
